Submit proposals to host a side event at the Ocean Conference, 5 to 9 June 2017, by 31 March. The Ocean Conference at the United Nations headquarters in New York, will feature side events sponsored by Member States, UN system and other Inter-Governmental Organizations as well as Major Groups and other Stakeholders. Side events will be held in the margins of the official meetings of Conference to allow space for sharing experiences and provide alternative opportunities for dialogue. Guidelines for organizing side events and the form to request the opportunity to host a side event are now available on the Conference website at:
